i personally think both haifa and nancy are two gorgeous people but if they looked like that after there surgeries naturally so i mean the after look but they were born with it

and even girls with make up i dont consider them to be pretty bcause EVERYONE LOOKS PRETTY WITH MAKE UP ON

she had facial bone deformities .. especially in the nose , jaw and chin that didn't let her sing well despite the fact she won a talent competition at sixteen .. of course she went the extra step and changed a few more things but that's the price of fame and beauty ......

on the outside she is more attractive now. but nothing about how she looks now is her. physically shes a completly different person.

whenever i see a her...her nose kind of freaks me out, because when she lift her head...its like, you can see inside.

i wonder if she is insanly vain and judges other on their looks....or is kind to those who may not be physically attractive.
