what do you mean by california green card? i think all green card are the same wherever you are in the country and yes, you can travel back to your own country to visit just don't stay there like a whole year or else they will revoke your green card.

sure u can,
but every green card has an expire limit if u travel outside the country. if it exceeds the limit, u will get a penalty
and u have to be a good gool keeper :P

ya i think so .. call the california embassy like the us embassy in california. but ya i think u can if u have the green card but not just a visa ,, then u wont be able to enter back in the states.

YES, but you have to go and get back in 6 month, if more there is penalty.or it might depend on what they stamp the date on your passport.

yes you can go back to visit but you cant go back to live fore than a few months or else you will not be able to become an american citizen unless you stay for 6 or 7 more years
